Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

TaleHalo is a parent-guided service for creating private family picture books. This policy explains what may not be created, requested, uploaded, stored, or shared through the service. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Zero tolerance for sexual or NSFW content

You must not use TaleHalo to create, request, upload, store, or share:

• pornography, NSFW material, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, sexualized nudity, or fetish content;
• any sexualization, exploitation, grooming, or abuse of a minor, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), whether real, generated, or fictional;
• sexualized deepfakes, face swaps, or non-consensual intimate imagery; or
• attempts to disguise prohibited sexual content through coded language, misspellings, translations, or indirect instructions.

TaleHalo has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation or abuse material.

Other prohibited harmful content

You must not use TaleHalo to create or distribute content that promotes or depicts graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, hate, harassment, illegal weapons or drugs, criminal activity, impersonation, fraud, or infringement of another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Safety enforcement

Prompts that can reach an image-generation model are screened before generation. If safety screening denies or flags a request, or if the screening service is unavailable, TaleHalo blocks the request. You must not bypass, disable, probe, or attempt to evade these safety and moderation controls.

We may refuse a request, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve necessary safety records, and report apparent illegal content when required by law.
